Hong Kong Mid-Autumn Festival : To celebrate a traditional festival that had been enjoyed by the Chinese people for centuries, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department organizes the Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnivals every year. The public can enjoy spectacular lantern displays and performances featuring classical songs and dance and traditional stage arts at the Carnivals. Various participatory activities such as nostalgic games, palm-readings and lantern riddle games are well received by citizens from all walks of life.
