Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our service and notify us before you have downloaded/ received the Licensed Material, we will refund to the card account used for the purchase. Email us at within 7 days of the purchase explaining the reason of your dissatisfaction.

If you have downloaded/ received the Licensed Material, it would be at our absolute discretion to consider any refund request. If refund is granted, the amount would be purchase price deducts any handling charge incurred with third party operators such as credit card center. After we have received from you a declaration that you have not used the Licensed Material for any works or distribution, plus the deletion of all electronic copies or return of physical on-loan copies of the Licensed Material in its original condition, whenever situation applicable. You shall also declare that you have not retained any copy or provided any copy to anyone else. For practical reasons, purchases are considered final at 7 days from the original purchase date.
